    Requirements

    • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer, Electric/Electronics and/or Telecommunications Engineering
    • Experience on Mobile Circuit Core – monolithic and layered architecture – MSC, HLR, SCP, MSC-S, M-MGw. Are particularly appreciated experiences on AXE.
    • Telecommunications knowledge i.e telephony principles, traffic concepts, telecommunications network, internet protocols
    • SS7 and SIGTRAN knowledge
    • Microsoft Windows System Administration knowledge
    • Experience on Transmission Systems (SDH, DWDM, Minilink, Service On XX management systems). Are particularly appreciated experiences on Ericsson Marconi products
    • Telecommunications knowledge i.e telephony principles, traffic concepts, telecommunications network, internet protocols
    • General GSM and WCDMA knowledge
    • Experience on Linux and Unix (Solaris, HP-UX) System Administration
    • Microsoft Windows/NT System Administration knowledge
    • Good knowledge of TCP/IP and networking is a MUST.
    • Experience on GPRS nodes
    • SAPC and SASN knowledge is an advantage
    • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and networking (DNS, MPLS, Radius)
    • Cisco and/or Juniper certificates are appreciated
    • Usage of protocol analyzers is highly appreciated
    • Handling Customer Services Requests, Emergency Telephone Support and support for on site troubleshooting.

    • Fluent in English
    • Domestic and international travel required. Must be available for extended trips/visits to customer sites and irregular working hours/night shift.
